QELLVIS collects only the minimum data required to operate the platform. This includes your email address, authentication data, and basic usage information necessary for account access and system functionality.

Authentication and data storage are handled through Supabase. All data is stored securely, and access is restricted to essential service operations.

Payments (if applicable) are processed through third‑party providers such as Stripe. QELLVIS does not store full payment card details or sensitive financial information.

QELLVIS does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is used exclusively for account management, platform operation, and system performance.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed unless retention is required by law.

API keys are stored in hashed form (SHA‑256) and cannot be restored once created. Usage logs may be retained for security, abuse prevention, and system integrity.

QELLVIS operates from Switzerland and follows applicable Swiss data protection law as well as GDPR‑aligned privacy principles.
